ANSWER: Assessment fees will all have specific instructions, depending on location, community, and type of assessment. Correspondence for all assessments will also be sent via, letter and email with all applicable information
ANSWER: Checking your portal will the quickest way to see if HOA dues are in your account. On special occasions, holidays, and events there may be a chance our systems, banks, and wires have not had a chance to catch up. If any problem or delays persist please call in for more additional help or assistance.
ANSWER: All documents, CCR’s, Policies, Master Insurance policies, and additional provisional documents are kept in the portal and in our office. The quickest way to obtain a copy is to download them directly from the portal. If anything is missing or not readily available, feel free to reach out via Email or by phone, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
ANSWER: The goal of an HOA is to help maintain property value and morale in the community. The guidelines set in the CCRs and Bi-laws are to be maintained and upheld by all community members. The legal responsibilities are as pertains to what rules and guidelines are set in the Bi-laws.
ANSWER: Our company keeps an application on hand to help guide you through what information we need. Please refer to your portal for all important documents that are required to be filled out. Our company practices all Fair Housing, ADA compliance, and safekeeping measures to assure all tenant information is kept secure and confidential.

ANSWER: Common areas are offered to guests upon written permission. As amenity types differ from community to community, the best way to find out who is allowed to use such areas is to reach out to your Property Manager for more information.
ANSWER: Common areas are maintained at and by organized by the Property Manager. Your Property Manager may have a current system in place that helps maintain community specific up-to-date maintenance, and accommodations.
